Reservations and deposits

A deposit equal to the first night’s stay plus applicable tax is charged when a reservation is made.

Guest cancellation policy

Cancellations must be received by Denali Overlook Inn at least seven days before the scheduled arrival date. If a reservation is not canceled within that period, the guest will be charged for the first night’s stay.

Guests should contact the inn as soon as possible if their plans change.

Travel-agent reservations

The following cancellation terms apply to reservations made by travel agents, rather than to reservations made directly by guests.

• Cancellations received 60 days or more before arrival: full refund.
• Cancellations received 30–59 days before arrival: $50 processing fee per room.
• Cancellations received 14–29 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation total.
• Cancellations received within 14 days of arrival: the first night is charged.

Check-in and check-out

• Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
• Contact the inn in advance regarding early arrival.
• Contact the inn in advance if arriving after 6:00 p.m.

Children and additional guests

• One child under age 12 stays free.
• Two children under age 12 are charged as one additional adult.
• Each additional guest over age 12 is charged $30 per night.
• Applicable bed tax is added.

Smoking and pets

• The property is non-smoking.
• Pets are not accepted.

Shoes, laundry and winter driving

Guests are asked to remove outdoor shoes indoors.

Laundry service is available for $10 per load. Payment is due when laundry is given to staff, before washing begins.

Winter tires are recommended from October 15 through April 15. Road and weather conditions can change, so guests should check current conditions before traveling.

Parking and Wi-Fi

• Onsite parking is included.
• Complimentary Wi-Fi is included.

Breakfast

Breakfast is included with every stay. Guests enjoy a cooked breakfast from May 15 through September 15 and a continental breakfast from September 16 through May 14.

Family reunions and group stays

Denali Overlook Inn may be available for family reunions, group retreats, private gatherings and reservations involving multiple rooms. Contact the inn to discuss availability and arrangements.
